Born in 1988.
He lives and works in Tetouan (Morocco).
A graduate of the Institute of Fine Arts of Tetouan, Nafie BEN KRICH is a multidisciplinary artist. His work reflects our relationship to the world and the influence it has on the individual, questioning the dependencies of modern man.
His inspiration comes from his father, a poultry farmer and seller. From their family henhouse, he found his artistic cause. By covering with feathers the objects of our daily life, the artist expresses the desire to give them a new meaning. These visual games open other perspectives and question our social and cultural domestications.
His works are present in the collection of the Ministry of Culture in Morocco, Mohammed VI Museum of Modern Art (Rabat – Morocco), the CDG and TGCC Foundation (Morocco), the KFW DEG Bank (Cologne – Germany).
